The construction cost for coriolis starports was lowered?

I'm configuring the primary SP and the construction cost for a coriolis is showing around the same cost as an outpost. Doesn't seem right.

Ocellus and orbis haven't changed

Ok so it's just a visual bug. I started a claim with a coriolis and the actual construction costs were normal
