The coverage Elite deserves

So with the contact from our new friends(maybe) in space, Elite and FD are receiving wide spread coverage from gaming news company all over. I've seen several reports from many news outlets and I have mainly only heard good things. They have been applauding fd for keeping this secret and following up on promises unlike like other space Sims I will not name. Finally seeing my favorite game get the recognition it deserves. Congrats FD. o7

Yeah there was an article in Forbes. It is really awesome. Florida, yeah no winter for you. I am up the coast in Delaware, and it snowed yesterday.

Indeed that is awesome. Also I'm sorry to hear about the frozen water falling from the sky, sounds like a nightmare.

Ok. Now I feel bad about saying I was in Florida. You guys should come down here. There is a cold front moving in but I'm sure it will be nothing compared to what y'all are used to. Also only normal water falling from the skies here. No frozen death.

True freezing cold isn't so bad though, IMO. I know how to dress for it. Layers, layers, and, protip, warm comfortable underlayer.

Better than cold but not freezing cold, but wet...the worst is a warmer spell after a lot of snow and dirty slush gets everywhere.

Funny how you said that I work at the airport at Heathrow with flights so tempting just hop on and fly over where its warm.

Yes. Come to the warm side. We have beaches and palm trees and coconut cups filled with alcoholic drinks and frilly umbrella straws.

Lies. My thin blood says different. The moment I step out into that cold ill be shivering like a Chihuahua having a panic attack.

lol .... if they could only nail the wait times on galaxy map , system map , and bulletin board .... they have a star citizen killer . Then they can charge what they like as far as im concerned with regard to dlc - I WOULD BUY THEM !

I agree FD have things to work on but that's the case with just about any game these days. Games keep getting bigger and more complex and bring bigger and more complex problems in im sure. Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with the game, bugs and all.

Thats not what he meant.... He meant that he's happy because of the BBC news article on the Alien appearance.... NOT the BBC Micro computer... or have I missed the sarcasm/irony?
