Lord Mysteron. I now have reviewed transcriptions of negotiation undertaken at Imperial High Council and explored the region in question. I have following observations.
1.You take offence at Communism interstellar adopting different management model to yourself, yet intention to promote communist and cooperative government within 60 light years of a central point, namely Manite, is on record since before you selected Checha as a base. It is recognised by the Imperial High COuncil, it is recognised by Edmun Mahon. It is recognised by Archon Delaine was recognised by you when you signed the Checha accord. You are entitled to change your mind, but that does not invalidate legitimacy of CI's approach. I note too that you choose to adopt additional factions.
2. The original accord redefined CI's borders to exclude Checha and a neutral zone around it. Within that neutral zone you were only required to retain two communist governments, Setet and Parja. I see from IHC negotion that you did not fully understand this.
3. There was an attempt led by IHC to take a system by system approach to focus negotiations. You refused to do this but by inference based on number of times you repeat same sentence, you regard the systems of Setet, Parja, Volcayayp and Chanab as key. All four systems currently have communist governments and a total of 8 communist administrations between them.
4. You ended negotarions unilaterally.
