I Like that they are separate on Steam. I bought ED first to see if I liked it before buying horizons, at $30US each, it was nice to test run it, before committing another 30. also gave me a month of familiarizing myself with things and stacking up materials/data, when I bought horizons I had 495/500, and 1000/1000.
I am disappointed that they do not have all the add-on stuff on steam though, I would spend a few bucks on some paint jobs and such, but I wont use my credit card to buy them and gift cards in the US can't be used overseas. Even worse I didn't think about it while i was in London, I could have bought some while i was there.
