Ok for the last time, because i am sick of dumping these, i have a mission for x 4 modular terminals that i will complete tommorow, i will be on line in game from 5 pm onwards. now if anyone wants these please pm me, they are free no catches. This is the last time i will offer these as i have done so before but no one seems interested.

Are people still hauling around that junk? I unload it or use it as soon as I get it. I really think this is the source of all the interdiction complaints.

No - don't be daft, now. It can be for other reasons, eg. last night I picked up a haulage mission; I was asked to find, buy and bring back a few (15) Imperial Slaves. As soon as the IS were on board - boom! An Elite FDL and a deadly Fed Gunship decided to interdict me on every other one of the 25 jumps back to sothis. Not that my Cutter could always get away, but they were a PITA. No 'junk hauling' here.

Also remember, because their is no other way to store commodities, there's also going to be a bit of this. You need 25 Modular Terminals to unlock one of the Engineers - there's no place where you can go and get 25 in one go, so you've got no choice but get the 25 over time, building up your stock of MT - which sit in you hold.

That's why you drop them off as you get them. Yes, I get interdicted onmce in a while when running empty, but way more if I'm hauling or doing a missions.

need help finding cracked industrial firmware
done loads of settlement data points , i think i'm doing it right
i scan the thin red ones first then an alarm goes off with a timer then i scan the fat white point and legg it
but i'm not getting anything from them ?

Only the terminals labeled datapoints must be scanned and they will not trigger alarms because they are public.

The other public terminals can be scanned for credits.
Finally, it is your choice of you want to scan the private terminals- they give higher credit payouts, but be warned that they are the ones that trigger alarms.

So far for me only the medium security ++,+++ (the plus refers to the base size) and high security +, ++ gave up CIF. The low security haven't found one yet. FYI, modified embedded firmware can only be found at high security +++ bases.
