Hi all,

I just started to watch the expanse, and I really like the space truckin serie.

Anyone else like to watch it?

We saw this when it first came out, as other have said, it's gritty.
Season one was good, season 2- hmh, not as good but, still decent.
Both myself and the wife watched it and are awaiting season 3.

Binge-watched season 2 last week. Allways makes me realise what Elite could be like with space legs and some good story telling.

Its a great show, the best since Battlestar Galactica. It's a ray of light in the usual overall scifi darkness of mediocrity of recent years.

The book,series is awesome.
Start with Leviathan Wakes by James S. A. Corey

Waiting on the next book here... TV series is pretty good but here in the UK, 7 or 8 months delayed.

Awesome show - what took you so long? game of Thrones in space is the best comparison I can come up with, in terms of story and production quality.

For a sci fi show its pretty well done, regarding effects and gear! ok you can see thrust master JS and logitech stuff, but it's really well done and as I said I like it.

The wife read the books, I watched the first session, then it came to Netflix and as we were watching it we sort of went ohh that's this then, bit like when I watched the first ep of GOT, and went emm this reminds me of some books I read back in the 90's, ohh that this then.... :D

Great show looking forward to S3.

Unfortunately, due to Netflix being either useless at negotiating with SyFy, being complete bathplugs™ or both, by the time it reaches the UK, the show has been broadcast everywhere else and they've had half a year to flood the internet with spoilers. Much the same as GoT tbh.

The last season of GOT i watched on HBO Nordic, also watched all of Killjoys something I watched a few way back when then forgot about, but most of my TV comes via download so to speak, we dont even have a TV just 50" screen without a tuner :) The wife refuses to pay the licence and it's a bit like the BBC's not worth the money.
