The Fountaine Conservatory is a build I'm super proud of. Named after the British lepidopterist Mary Fountaine and built at some point in the late 1800s, the greenhouse is home to countless generations of butterflies and a collection of tropical plants. Guests can try their hand at spotting all the species of butterflies inside.
