So, I jumped in my fleet carrier from the Orion nebula to the Thor's Helmet nebula, which is a planetary nebula. This station is Sagan Research Center in Thor's Helmet Sector FB-X C1-5. I didn't have any business there, but I just wanted to check out the place.
Then I flew to the nearby Seagull Nebula, and visited the Hell Port in Seagull Sector DL-Y D3. This port was interesting because they have a shipyard quite far out from the Bubble.
I bought a Viper Mk. III from them, because I was interested in trying this ship which has been recommended for exobiology work.
The Viper lands very nicely near anything I like to scan. Though the Orca, which I normally fly, is also not too bad at landing on terrain... except sometimes on some mountains.
This is Bacterium Omentum, which I found for the first time here in Slegeae QL-X B7-0, near the Seagull nebula. It grows only in a cryovolcanically active area.
But my favourite ship is still the Orca, because of its much faster straight line speed and yaw rate (sideways turning), jump range, module slots, visibility from the cockpit, silence, comfort, and its visual appearance.
I the midst of exploration and exobiology work I discovered crystalline shards in two systems near the Rosette nebula. This picture is from NGC 2244 Sector ZI-S C4-1.
After doing some more exobiology work I visited the New Beginning asteroid station in Rosette Sector CQ-Y d59. They have an Inter Astra showroom, but there is no personnel, so it's not possible to buy any ships from here. I was interested in the module selection of their outfitting service to get some A-rated modules to my new Viper, but they didn't have any suitable ones.
Then it was time to relax in the bar with a drink. But unfortunately the bartender was unwilling to serve me any drinks. This disappointment was made even bigger by the fact that my fleet carrier does not have a bar because of the high upkeep cost of it. But still I relaxed for a while here anyway.
