A couple of pictures from my most recent discovery of Crystalline Shards. Some of them were levitating!

After discovering many more systems, I finally found some more scannable life forms. Here I am examining a Tubus Conifer literally up close:
This colour variant is indigo. This species is common in the Sanguineous Rim region, but it has not been found in the Inner Orion Spur. And on the other hand, I haven't yet found Tubus Compagibus in the Sanguineous Rim, but it's almost everywhere in the Inner Orion Spur.

I did not know you could look into a planetary port bar from the outside!
No matter how much some people disparage the game, I just can't help but be amazed at the attention to detail. Not many games would go this far.
That kind of detail is good, but the bartender should serve drinks.
(And then Frontier should do at least minimal ship interiors and scrap the blue teleport ring.)
