Im going everywhere because I'm trying to find an empty executionner. I got one in G3 but.. it has an engineering mod I dont want at all. So here I am, going all around at random, looking for an empty one. G3 is possible otherwise G2. Until i Find one. And while I do that, everything I see above G1 I report here

I've found my empty Executioner G3 by flying between stations from Inara's list with Executioner G3 and got mine at Archimedes Point | JANA that has "Very low" to find Manticore G3 gear. So just try to fly between Manticore gear stations and you'll find yours!
