The issue tracker system needs an overhaul.

If someone can offer a convincing explanation that doesn't fit one of these three scenarios I'll be happy to apologise.

At the moment the only thing to do would be to re-enter them and then see if they gain traction again with other players (or do your best to double check it's not already in the tracker for you to contribute to...I know the search needs work though). IF they're very specific to you, like a crash you're experiencing that no one else is or something like that (to that kind of extent), you can submit a customer service ticket.
