General / Off-Topic The IT Crowd: Final Episode

Hey guys! Just watched the final episode of the IT Crowd. I missed the TV showing as I was out, but just finished watching it on 4oD.

I'm glad they made it, and I'm definitely glad it was feature-length. Not sure if it was as entertaining as most episodes though.

I'm interested to know everyone else's thoughts on it.

It was a nostalgia-fest, but I was completely won over by the "Anonymous" scene, the bit with the parents' voices.

Maybe we should get the folks up at Lave Radio to wear women's slacks.

Never could get in to The IT Crowd, seemed to clumsy, ham acted and just not funny. Not as unfunny as Hyperdrive or whatever it was called. Not as slick as Blackadder, Red Dwarf or even Jackanory.

Agreed, Hyperdrive was really bad with IT Crowd a close second. The first six series of Red Dwarf were great and Blackadder is such a classic I don't need to say any more :->

Such a shame Richard Curtis went on to do Mr Bean and romcoms :-(

Was a nice fitting end... I loved the series and it gave me a good gut chuckle.

My favourite is definately Season 2 episode 1.

Sea parks episode for me.

A toss-up between The Internet and Countdown for me. Lots of good eps regardless. My only complaint against the series is the overuse of laughter.

Overall nice to have the ending ep. Wasn't the best ep by far, but there were some good laughs and closure is always appreciated :)
