The most fun ship to fly is... the one you've just finished engineering.

I've been having a lot of fun with my FdL for the last week or so.
I'd never really given it much love cos I feel like it's a bit of a cliche.
I just A-rated it, engineered the core modules and stuck some weapons I had lying around on it.
Meh!

Finally got around to looking at the build, sorting it out and fitting it with some bespoke weapons and now it's probably as good a combat ship as my Corvette, but much faster and more agile.

I can't fly anything but my DBX. I tried switching, keep buying and selling ships just to end up back in it like 30 minutes later, several times. Just got a Python if I ever need to mine or haul stuff which is not often. I don't know what it is about it but I love it.

Truthfully, the ship I mist love to fly is the Eagle.

That said, I find it really hard to actually play - my combat skills are inadequate to be effective and i tend to use the Cobra for exploration.

I've really gone off the big ships and always come back to the Eagle, the Cobra and the Clipper.
