I got the comics as they came out

Anyone know Mort & Phil (Spanish : Mortadelo y Filemón by Francisco Ibáñez) ?
It was quite well known here in Germany and at least as a Comic quite funny ^^
Seems to me though as it wasn't as popular in other countries compared to Spain and Germany, as Ibáñez often would cartoon German politics and Politicians, which makes me believe he had a preferred target audience here ( or maybe it was just a lot easier to make fun of chancellor Kohl than other Politicians )
