Interesting - that's an Industrial Anarchy station, not the most common thing in the galaxy right now. Might be worth checking out others to see if there's a pattern.

I wish I could say there was, but I'm trying to maintain a small Anarchy faction across several systems (mostly Industrial, Military and Extraction) and the past weeks I've rarely seen Weapon Test Data as a reward.
Need:
10 Ionised Gas
7 manufacturing instructions
7 weapon schematics
Offering:
30 Compression Liquified gas (enough to upgrade your kinetic weapons from g3-g5!)
or
10 Genetic repair meds
or
15 insight entertainment suite
or
20 surveillance equipment
availability: 1 AM - 3 PM UTC (everyday)
Location: Pick a planet within 20lys of TERRA MATER.
(negotiatable, tell what time you are available, and I'll adapt)
