A new Sol year awaits us. With 3303 coming to a close we remember the great undertakings of our fellow Cmdrs across all platforms. 3304 will be a new leaf for all of us and so we should make the best of the year and our abilities. With that said, what better time to mount a grand voyage? We are kicking off the new year with a bang of an expedition into the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Two explorers from the Great White North; CMDR Czirxic and CMDR ‘Haunted’, will embark on a cross platform journey like no other, plunging themselves into the most far out regions of space in search of new worlds and the legendary Raxxla. Perhaps new materials and lost knowledge will be found among the decaying cosmic titans. Perhaps a mythical wormhole into thargoid space, or perhaps even-literally nothing at all. The Outer Reaches Expedition, or ORE for short, will start on January the 1st 3304 when the 2 cmdrs "meet" up at colonia; enroute from there to beagle point. From there, it will consist of 2 routes the commanders will take around the rim of the galaxy. On Febuary 1st, both commanders will chose a side of the galaxy to start on and follow the edge back to the human bubble for a cross dimensional meetup in the Sadr system! After a brief ’meetup’, they will backtrack on eachothers routes to make a complete 360 loop back to Beagle Point, all the while visiting gorgeous systems and landmarks around the edge and prospecting ringed planets for rare and new materials.
