I am a big fan of this game, i respect is highly as well, but one of the small things that annoys me a bit about the game is dinosaur sizing, when it comes to dinosaur sizing, most people point at the Spinosaurus, I couldn’t agree more, it’s definitely too small, if you look at it with the tyrannosaurus in height, bulk and head size, it’s quite easy to see the Tyrannosaurus Rex is much bigger than the Spinosaurus, which baffles me, especially considering that the Spinosaurus in Jurassic park 3 and in Camp Cretaceous is shown to be a significantly larger animal than the Tyrannosaurus rex, while many say the main problem is with Spinosaurus being undersized, another factor they should consider is with the Tyrannosaurus rex being oversized, try getting the Tyrannosaurus and Indominus near each other, they are about the same size in game, which is bizarre, especially since in Jurassic world, the Indominus when fully grown will be larger than the Tyrannosaurus at 50 feet long (15.3 metres), in game however, they appear the exact same size, while the database lists the Rex at 13.5 metres, in game, it looks a lot bigger than that, especially considering the Spinosaurus is meant to be 15 metres long
Personally, I believe a way to fix this solution is to downsize the Rex to actually being 13.5 metres and maybe upscaling the Spinosaurus to be 15.5 metres
While the Indominus doesn’t appear large in game, the database oversizes her, In Jurassic world, Henry wu, said she will be 50 feet long (or 15.3 metres) the database puts the animal at 16.9 metres, slightly oversizing her, this isn’t my main problem with the database, we will be getting to that, but let’s look at Suchomimus, this animal’s size isn’t often talked about, according to the database, it’s 9.5 metres long, even though according to the Jurassic world website, the animal is 11.5 metres long, the Suchomimus needs a bit of a size boost and that 9.5 metre typo should be fixed (in game, the Suchomimus appears around 10.5 metres)
My main problem with the database however, is the therizinosaurus, the Database lists the animal at 33 metres, if it was 33 metres, that would make it longer than the Diplodocus (it’s obviously not) maybe this typo can be fixed as well to show the animals actual size because it’s definitely not 33 metres
Thank you for listening
