The price of being a 'Rockstar'

If they did as we used to do, we had a bonus system operating. The employees loved it and it kept production up more or less all the time. Different departments, different bonus, mainly based on skills, we used craftsmen/women in some of the depts, so they were well worth the bonus money paid. Well all staff were, even our stores guys.
 
I think Apple/Foxcom completely misunderstand the term "safety nets" for employees.

Wait til you see the golden parachutes.

Seemingly the grinding down of their employees paid off for Rockstar...RDR2 netted $725 million in the first 3 days :eek:
