Thought I had stayed far enough out from the center to avoid Power Play, but now Roundboy and His Doughnut Holes are approaching my area. One of my favorite Ag systems is about to get exploited. The effects on exploited systems are 50% reductions in consumption and production of Ag goods, and a 5% increase in price on Ag goods. This cuts into my trading margins. Plus, Alliance cops are jerks.

It seems Roundboy's MO is to starve exploited systems, to feed Alliance systems and his own control systems.

His players are forming a chain of spheres around everyone. Annoying.

Princess PR at least stays pretty much concentrated, so I have no problems avoiding her. The T-1000 is the only serious opposition to Roundboy near me, and he's too busy morphing to stop expansions.

No more trips to Lembava, and Monte Haul's Discount Shipyard. Roundboy is in the way.

A couple more doughnut holes further, and I'm going to have to relocate again to stay away from the Power Play cardboard cut-out soap opera.

Take a look at the portraits.

Look at which one looks like a gamer, or a Lord High Programmer who *always* eats the last doughnut/munchie.

Then look at the balloons/doughnut holes springing up around new control systems on the Power Play map.

He starves out his opponents by opening Dunkin Doughnut/Tim Horton shops all around the galaxy.

How hard can it be? :)

Yes, Roundboy should have a propeller hat on his head. :)

It would make for a neat propaganda trick. :)

But, like the old 0.49 engines, it would need to be prppped up a lot to start. :)

They would then need to prop your hand on something level to bind your wounded typing fingers. :)

Edmund Mahon: Roundboy. Probably a backer/groupie/coder who got drawn in as a homage. Ate one too many doughnuts before he went on progenitor cells.

Li Yong-Rui: Lets Make A Deal/Monte Haul. Probably the most honest of the powers in his stated intentions. Take everyone's stuff like Wal-Mart did to retailing.

Denton Patreus: The Evil Bail Organa, Jimmy Smits. Also, Dark Lord Of The Suits.

Archon Delaine: The Slurpee Biker Pirate Lord. Ron Perlman, of Sons Of Anarchy Fame once did a supporting role in that legendary bomb, The Ice Pirates. Also, looks like he hangs out at 7-11 or Circle K trying to look cool.

Pranav Antal: Borg Reject.

Well in normal terms, I feel the same way the PP creep is now expanding into my lil backwoods system and there is no stopping it. Guess I will have to move farther out.

Im not the only one who sees donuts! That cloud looks like Carebear clouds if you zoom back far enough, nothing to be afraid of. :)

Honestly, I don't pay attention to who runs what, I smuggle to where the profit is and have no 'home' system. I won the galaxy.

Yes, I agree, but he's cutting into my profit margins for my Ag runs. Almost makes me want to go Terminator- but not quite.
