A slightly odd thread i wanted to start, a place to put all our technology concerns (because we should have some).
I love tech, enjoy it, use it (carefully) and know it's worth, but i also have gathered a few decades worth of experience to ask questions about it, so this thread is for that kind of self-reflection, and i'll kick it off with this interesting story:
