I do think they try their best to handle the moves when people aren't posting. I know they can see who is viewing and posting on a thread at a given moment. However, at some point, you just gotta pull the trigger. I do wish they were more uniformly consistent about linking to merged threads but sometimes this place does get quite busy.

How does one become a Moderator anyway?
I spend far too long on these forums, I may aswell try and be useful!

I can also then edit my own titles that my phone keeps Auto-Incorrecting.

we don't merge anymore (because it lead to some serious technical problems with this forum software, and it kills consistency of discussion in a thread), but we are trying to close duplicates (and put a link to another ongoing thread).

I do this out of habit b/c the forum just used to lose my posts about 1/3 of the time after I hit Submit. Doesn't happen anymore, which is great.

I'm guessing good karma for not bothering with insurance after a young lady bumped the back of my car, and got stuck on my towbar. No damage to my car(not that I care, it's, 13 years old!)
The main issue was getting her off my towbar... Turns out, it's not easy.

Towbar Pros:
Can tow things,
Causes massive damage to anyone who hits you,
Protects your car from most damage.

Cons
Cars get stuck to it.
Looks silly.

I'd say towbars are overpowered.

I do like to post positive stuff all over the place.
Too many people here whine about everything, and try and spread negativity, both abut the mods, and FD.
Which is hardly fair considering all the work they put in.

Most of the time it's invitation only, they tend not to give it to people who ask for it... for the same reason that people who want to be world leaders probably shouldn't be.
