Thanks for taking part in the poll everyone. The next skirmish in the Endless Battle between Empire (Emperor's Elite) the Federation (Federal Intelligence Service) will be this weekend as follows;
Date: Sunday 9th March
Time: 20.00 GMT
Venue: Alpha2.02 "Endless War"
Dress code: Pants (at least)
ALL WELCOME!!!
I urge everyone to take part as we don't know if this kind of this kind of organized mayhem will be practical in a weeks time when Alpha 3 is released.
Teamspeak Channels are kindly made available by Kroy and Gen-Han-Solo. I suggest the FIS and their supporters use Kroy's server, and the EE and supporters those of Gen-Han-Solo. Connection details are:

Emperors Elite (Gen-Han-Solo)Forum Link
Please contact Kroy or Gen-Han-Solo direct if you have any problems
Last week there was also lively comment on the Facebook pages of each Agency, so choose a side and show your support on teamspeak and Facebook

During last week's skirmish there were reports on the Galactic News ticker that there was a howdydoo about turncoats and double agents, i.e. people changing sides. While this is not a hard and fast rule, I would encourage people to stick to a chosen side to encourage team spririt.
Players who have not chosen a side (i.e. show up as orange) have either not yet had a chance to choose a side or are official observers or are recording the action, so please no shooty shooty unless someone shows up as red on your radar (Yes Psykokow I saw what you did to poor Jenner ). Please choose your faction as soon as you enter the scenario. As organiser I reserve the right to come in on either side so as not to show favour
Please remember this is an Alpha test still, so not everyone will have the same experience. Last week, some people experienced epic battles on an unprecedented scale, while others just had the odd bit of combat, but whatever your connection state it will still be fun. Dont forget to submit tickets for new issues.
Even if you dont have access to Alpha, I would encourage you to choose a side and join in the chat on Teamspeak and Facebook.
Hopefully some people will be streaming live (Kerrash, Psykokow et al if you wouldn't mind, pretty please Link to Kroys list of Streamers
The reason the committee has gone with this timing is that Saturday and Sunday eve/night came out as the most popular overall. A time was chosen where most people can probably make it and so that it is not ridiculously early for people in the Americas, and not silly-o'clock late for people to the east of Greenwich. There were technical issues for Teamspeak on Saturday, so that, combined with the fact that I have to babysit the younglings on Saturday, was the reason Sunday was chosen. Apologies to Commanders in the Antipodes .
I expect to play for at least 3 hours in any case. Its no problem to join early to get a bit of practice, or late if you prefer, but I would encourage all participants to make an effort to join at 8pm GMT and stay for at least an hour so we can get the max amount of people in the game at the same time.
Have fun, see you out there.
