Same here was on till about 5pm fine then came on now can't load up

First inkling I had of trouble was a blank commodities market when I started at Sharon Lee, BB gave error. Exited, tried again, same result. Exited again, reset Xbox, now Full Game is grayed out and red text "Unable to connect to the Frontier Game Servers". Waited, joined, took FOREVER to load, get "Unable to connect to Transaction Server". Trying again now...
EDIT: Up and apparently fully functional. Whoops, spoke too soon...still choking on BB, "Unable to get up to date mission list from server.", happened twice in a row after taking ages to load... hope that is a transient problem. Commodities Market appears to work fine though. But trying too many times on BB gave me an "Unrecoverable Error on Transaction Server" and kicked me from game.

Kicked me three times, everytime I went to try safe disengage, after third shut down its just given up trying pretend it's bothered and Is Just giving me the bird while laughing at me.

Understood it is Beta (or game preview) but we are helping them stabilize their game for mass release for them to make lots of money. They could at least give us a little bit of information, Beta or not. Were not asking for a fix, just a "we know things are down, were working on it (or whatever they want to tell us)", but at least say something.
OOOoh I just got forza 6 ready to play earlier than I expected.
