I think they had in the beta. At least I never had any poop problems there like I do have now.

except that doesn't work madpoet... there is a bug with water where if you remove water while animals are in the habitat you cannot refill it to the same height as it was before until the animals are removed from the habitat... so you would have to put all the animals into the trade center re-add the water and then move every single animal back into the exhibit every single time they poop into the water.
Thank you I am having the exact same thing where my Red Ruffed Lemur habitat (on islands) is not getting clean whatever I try. It's on 49% no matter how many keepers clean it. I think it's a combination of poop getting in places where it cannot be reached (like the water surrounding the habitat) but also old food getting glitched in the ground. It's frustrating because the Lemurs get sick because it's not clean enough.
@Chante Goodman Since the new patch, for some reason, it seems that the issue is happening even more frequently. Do you have any new information about when this might be solved ?
Currently, I have to do this like every 30 minutes, and now that I have more than one habitat, it's driving me crazy, I can't really play anymore, as I spend most of my time removing water and wait for the zookeeper to clean the habitat, so I can put the water back in before the visitors start being mad at me...
