With regards to the last picture, you really aren’t a space nerd, are you? The stellar density within The Bulge astronomical (pun only slightly intended, deal with it). It should actually look like the left side of the first picture, but everywhere.

The only area with low stellar density would be the few light years around Sag A*, where the big fella’s gravity has created a sort of no-man’s-land.

I am fine with density, it's the fact that only part of skybox is covered in stars and other is near empty.
