Thoughts on this Anaconda Exploration build, or should I spring for a Cutter?

I'll help you out by showing you my Anaconda build mate, it's not perfect but may help. It's the only ship I use for serious exploration tbh, but it is personal taste.

Here is a link to my Cutter, as it stands. As you can see, I am between 33Ly and 35 Ly. Baring unexpected events (insha Allah), I am also considering taking my Imperial Cutter on the DW II expedition. That is part of the reason for a mini-expedition right now.
If It is more trouble than it is worth, then I will take the Anaconda. As you can see, The Cutter just barely hits the minimum of 33.3 Ly. for the Expedition.

That's the longest actual jump to Beagle Point - if you can hit that with jumponium then you've got enough legs for DWE2.
There's not much value in long range sensors in the black - you may as well go stock (or light weight) for some more range and you can definitely go for a smaller A-rated power plant for less mass and better heat management.
A Conda makes you a Conda pilot. A Cutter makes you a member of a prestigious club

Okay, know I'm going to get jumped on for this, but I'm curious. I can outfit my Anaconda with all small MCs and point self-defense, engineer to light weight and stripped down, and loose less then 0.5ly in jump range. Dps would be about 55. But its not for dps, its for distributing modular damage, should I say when a hit something to hard for my 4D shields. All said, I still get 69.69 max range. Isn't damage distributed? Same reasoning to put AFMU in all empty slots.

Seems like a roundabout way of doing things at best, and I'm not sure that external modules get treated in the same way.
Good question anyhow imo.
I'd rather go for bigger shields and maybe a booster or two, plus engineered bulkheads.
