Starting from E-D's preset for Warthog HOTAS, I've modified the bindings to make use of the MFG Crosswind pedals for Yaw. I'm attaching the bindings file herein, in case other users find it useful.
To use the file, remove the .txt suffix (E-D requires the file to have a ".binds" suffix) and copy it into your E-D bindings folder, usually in (replace <user_folder> with your own user folder name):
C:\Users\<user_folder>\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings
