Paul, with all due respect, 4 weeks just to get a response from Luna that "they are aware of the ticket". I mean, seriously? it's 2025, bots can do that.Our Support channels are currently seeing an increase in volume which means some messages are taking longer than usual. We understand how frustrating this can be, but rest assured tickets will be responded to as soon as they possibly can.
