Tickets

As another suggestion, I'd propose to read the support tickets once in a while, I have two which haven't been read in one month.
 
I received a reply on my ticket regarding the "exploits" email that confirmed I was innocent and that no credit adjustment was made to my earnings. I imagine that debacle has consumed quite a bit of their time...

You must be right, that and being the end of the year have probably something to do with it.
