I'm working on a Python build that is energy-only, no ammo based offense. I'm in the process of adding Grade 4 Efficient Pulse lasers at Broo Tarquin, and when I apply the effect I'm looking for and take the two reputation grade hit, I'm having a rough time getting back to G4 because of one "Very Common" component I'm coming up empty on after hours of searching for.
Exceptional Scrambled Emission Data.
I've tried RES, stations, CompNav, Conflict Zones and every single ship I scan gives me the odd random data entry but I haven't been getting Exceptional Scrambled Emission Data since the engineered NPC ships were drastically reduced in 2.0 / 2.1. I'm probably going about this all wrong and should just find another G3 upgrade at Tarquin to get him back up to G4, but is anybody else having this issue, or has anybody else been able to find a reliable source for this data?
