I spent hours at Sol, and failed to find any. Ended up putting a max-price buy order on my Carrier, and some kind soul sold me 9 of them.
I never bothered with them, but maybe having a buy order out just in case is a smart solution. For most of my ships the increase in jump range is so insignificant it's not worth my time scavenging around. The only one where it really makes a difference is my exploration Mandalay, it would jump from 74 to 80. And I am not even sure I care about those 6 ly that much.
