to every owner with an FC in the Dhan system

You really thought starting a thread on the forums was going to yield visible results in-game in less than two hours? I think your experimental methodology may have been biased toward failure.
I just love how he got one response that was just playful, and he instantly gets snarky then flies off the handle and storms off hahahha. Like he really thought everyone in Dhan with an FC was reading this, and they should all listen to him!?

"You guys figure it out..."

Figure WHAT out!? He didn't explain, just expected blind obedience. Who is this guy!? LMAO

I'm not sure what FC presence has to do with the micro-freezing/stuttering issue. I was recently a long way outside of the bubble, and I was still experiencing them in systems completely devoid of any human presence besides my own.

Besides which, interest in the Dhan system will naturally subside in any case, which may in itself provide some interesting observations if FC presence does in fact have an influence on the stuttering.

And at 1AM UK time, when most normal forumites are snuggled up with their Braben bodypillow.

Large buildups of carriers are now causing some kind of network issue which can result in stutters. I didn't know network stutters were a thing either until learning about it recently.

Why I'm fairly sure it's carriers, is because low waking only stutters in a system with lots of carriers. High waking actually produces them as well as other weird things, like the entry body suddenly appearing in front of you, but only when arriving at a system with lots of carriers.

What you were getting out in the black was a forced synchronization with the servers that's applied to all clients no matter where you are in the galaxy. Whether you're on foot, in ship or in an SRV. We're still getting those syncs but it seems their implementation has been fixed/modified during maintenance yesterday.

If that does turn out to be a problem, there's an easy fix.

FDev just need to implement a mechanic whereby, as soon as a CG is declared, FCs are temporarily prohibited from entry into the system, in the same way they're prohibited from ShinDez, Sol and other permit systems.
Do that and you immediately distribute all the FCs into surrounding systems, which probably aren't going to see much player traffic, with CMDRs just transferring ships from their FC to a station in the CG system.

FDev could justify it as system authorities suspending access to FCs in order to main stability in this time of unrest (or whatever).

Sure, it'd mean players can't just jump their FC into a CG system and unload 20k tonnes of stuff quickly but I doubt many players currently expect to be able to do that at a CG anyway... cos the system's usually already full of FCs.

I haven't paid tens of billions of credits so you can tell me what to do with my FC. No. These performance issues started with Trailblazers, hello people? It's not the carriers, FC's are nothing new.

That's absolutely not true. We've had carriers for years and we've never seen issues like this. It is Trailblazers causing the stutters.
Oh I'm sure it's related to Trailblazers, or more specifically Powerplay, but for now I'm only seeing stutter issues in systems with a lot of FCs. Some of the issues are variable and not 100% replicable so I haven't mentioned them, but the low wake stutter is.
