Newcomer / Intro To Fellow Noobs ! Exploration pays!!!

Sorry, but i have to disagree with that. The OP is in a basically equipped sidewinder so taking down an Anaconda solo isn't as option. I remember however getting an "assist" on one early on and luckily got a very nice bounty from it. In my, admittedly limited, experience Anacondas don't chain spawn and to be honest the vast majority of the ones that I have seen and tried to nab with the Feds help have warped out as soon as you've done any meaningful damage to them. So i think that your premise of 4 'condas per hour is a little unrealistic.

Personally I'm not interested in the creds per hour grind rate, rather whether I'm enjoying the way I'm playing. I enjoy exploring and I was hopefully giving some hope that you can do it cheaply. I'm doing some BHing at the moment, but plan on a 2-300ly hop into Empire space to cash in my outstanding bounties, and do a little exploring along the way.

How do you edit the quote so as to only include the bit you need?

Anywhoo this bit -
"Personally I'm not interested in the creds per hour grind rate, rather whether I'm enjoying the way I'm playing. I enjoy exploring"

Is what I am about too. And ... I'm finding that it isn't costing stupid credits to enjoy a good explore. It's at the heart of the game - you are placed in to the Milky Way with a space ship 1000cr and no mission. Nothing could be more natural to me than to explore........... As my sig lyrically says

That's pretty straight forward. When you hit reply with Quote all it does is pull the previous text into the edit box between Quote boxes. Just edit the text between the QUOTE markers and viola.

Cheers !

Sometimes the simpler things cause me the most confusion

In general It's not polite to actually edit any quoted content, apart from snipping out bits that are not relevant. You can also use "squarebrackets" quote "squarebrackets" and "squarebrackets" /quote "squarebrackets" to start and end a quote if you want to divide it up into smaller bits to reply individually, for a list of points or similar. Practice on this post if you want. ;)
