I've been jumped 3 times now in my conda have yet to die funny though every time I go back looking for them they're no where to be found.
Except one glorious time. My buddies were chased out of a conflict zone by a gank squad. So I teamed up with them. They dropped in and located the gankers then sent up a beacon. My conda waiting in orbit, I dropped in the middle of a beginning skirmish between my two buddies one in a vulture and the other a viper in a mirror match up with the opposing side.
Youve never seen a vulture run so fast so I kept him mass locked and put myself between his backup, and let my buddies exact their revenge. His backup then took to flee so I faked as though I had an interdictor and chased him out of Lugh entirely.
A day before a wing of 2 vulture and an asp threatened my wingmate instigating him to leave or be crushed. So I started to fly up to the standoff still in my conda. They panicked and began firing on me I was looking at the asp so I targeted the powerplant and cored him out in seconds. His wingmate immediately bailed with my wingmate in pursuit, he lived to tell the tale.
I kind of felt bad about the asp though, but I have a set of rules I live by in a conflict zone. Chief amoung them being not to start a fight with another commander. Which often leads to me getting jumped with my shields low and my back turned. Unfortunately for the asp I was looking right at him when he started the fight.
