Chrome too

Funny, I expected chrome to be a little more chrome than that. That screenshot is sort of reflective but not enough to be called chrome.

And I left Sothis/Ceos with a lot more credits than I started with, maybe 50m-60m more. I did mostly boom data deliveries with a few recent trade missions that gave a lot. The only donations I did were 25k and 50k, and one data delivery more than covered each one.

It also took a very long time to rank up.

Jetson, I'd been allied with the Fed and STILL stuck at 100% for now 14-15mnths. No missions. Nothing. Nada. So simply stopped playing anymore as I'd reached that point where I could not continue my own personal quest.

YMMV, but I've been receiving Fed rank missions at Sothis within 1-2 station visits of hitting 100% rank over the past few days. Might be worth checking some other locations.

Ive been everywhere cTravisty. Literally. Im well acquainted with ED. I had zero issues on Imp ranking. They were always spot on and I too wondered why people complained until it effected me. This stopped me dead in my tracks. I'd been unable to move on beyond this as it became a frustration too far. I could not complete my particular path and thus after much tooing and froing and hunting around fruitlessly, I just gave up. A few weeks is fine, but over a year? C'mon.

I'd loved the game until this. For it to end in this way was a shame.

Anyway, I wish everyone else luck and I hope the game gets even better. I shall keep popping by and opening the game just in case. Then I may be able to resurrect my path. Although tbh Ive forgotten what it was I was attempting to do in my imaginary space ship.

Update. After a suggestion by Dirk Braben to contact support over the issue, I did. They or CMDR Vanguard in this instance pointed me to the pdf of FAQ's, which I already knew. Thus i was initially unimpressed. However, I logged in. Ran a mission or two and low and behold a naval mission popped up. Whether CMDR Vanguard did or didnt, I dont know. So I am erring on the did as I prefer positivity. Thus I am no longer stuck at 100% Lieutenant. I am now 31% Lieutenant Cmdr. Yay. So I can now proceed on my path and have returned from the wilderness.

Plus the grit went down last night so 2 wheel season is over. Roll on Spring.

Plus, these Search Area things, can they stop moving plz. So concentrated in pointing myself in their direction I forgot about crashing into the planet. Boy im rusty and my conda has a big dent in its nose.

The amount of times I've come in at 2km, and the bloody thing zooms directly under the nose of my Anaconda, so I instinctively do a 180° Nose down pitch, only to remember I'm in a 3G world and end up 'landed' upside down feeling a bit silly. Lol

Ah yes, the search area doohickey.

The amount of times I've come in at 2km, and the bloody thing zooms directly under the nose of my Anaconda, so I instinctively do a 180° Nose down pitch, only to remember I'm in a 3G world and end up 'landed' upside down feeling a bit silly. Lol

I'm terrified to roll or pitch when approaching ANY world, even the low-G ones. As soon as I drop into glide, from then onward I ONLY use vertical and strafing thrusters.
