Toggleable Animated Lights (Studios Moving Lights)

One of my favorite additions as a lighting designer in-game as well as IRL were the animated spotlights (which I will refer to as moving lights) that came with the Studios Pack. They're fantastic, and I am able to create so many great effects with them not only for rides, but also for nighttime shows in-game. Now I have a decent laptop, it runs Planco fairly well, and only starts to chug after about 3000 guests in my park and multiple attractions/shops open. However, I have about eight moving lights currently for a show I am working on and they add a bit of lag/FPS drop and if I were to add any more, it would generate too much lag to properly time out a show as the timing would be off. I'm not an expert, but I believe this is due to the fact that even if these lights are colored black where we cannot see them, the beams are still being rendered because they're on. You've added already the ability to turn on and off the other lights in the game, and they saved much of my FPS. My suggestion would be to add the ability/trigger-ability to turn on and off the moving lights so they are not constantly rendering the beams/tracking of the light pool and generating lag. There is already the ability to stop or play the moving of the light, however (like the screen doors) the ability to turn the light on and off and trigger the animation itself separately would be wonderful. I feel this would be a welcome addition to the people of the community that are creating these intense light shows as well as the casual players who would like to use multiple in their park/projects.

TL;DR: I'd love for the On/Off trigger type to be added to the Animated Spotlights from the Studios Pack.
