Horizons Tourist Beacon need to be Scaned

I thought I would post this because it might happen to someone else. I wasn't sure what to do once I took a tourist to a tourist beacon.
I honked it, I flew around it and no update to my next leg of the mission. What I didn't know is that I had to target it so the ship would scan it (just like a signal source data point).
The next leg of the journey then appeared. FYI

Beacons of any kind both in space and on planets need to be targeted and scanned in order to get the info out of them. I think they cover this now in the new updated Training Mission section. Any of us who have been playing ED for awhile tend to discover these things through trial and error.
