The changes to the panels closing up or down depending on where they are, now stops me from having the SUMMARY panel at the bottom.

This image shows the lowest point I can have the panel to stay on screen, as you can see the bottom is missing

View attachment 95900

Then when the panel is closed, as you can see it's near the middle of the screen. If I lower the panel a few pixels down, when the SUMMARY PANEL is closed it closes below the bottom of the screen, therefore I can't access it, until it pops up automatically, or I restart TCE.

POINT 1 already reported.

POINT 2 good spot.

Have to release a hotfix for the 0.9.9.2, because the launcher didn't start right, but worked already on the 0.9.9.3, so it got the number before it was finished. I release the 0.9.9.3 any moment.

Update (0.9.9.3) released:

Changelog:
- Fixed a crash when changing filter settings at the Navigation panel.
- Fixed an display issue of symbols at some panels.
- Changed all Note boxes to normal case (upper & lower chars).
- Fixed the positioning value switching between top/bottom view for the Summary panel.
- Fixed a crash when editing Stock values after an OCR scan.
- Changes to saving button appearence at the Star System Database panel (coordinates must be visible, before saving).
- Validating TCE.db (Star Systems) and fixing on start, if saving a star system results in a crash or data is corrupt. Invalid star systems will be deleted.
- Removed the possiblility to add a location from an unkown star system entry at the Flight Logbook.

Note:
This update need an upgrade of your current database. Copy the content into your TCE folder to update your version.
An option is available at the Launcher or Database window to upgrade your database.
There will also a logbook and star system data fix at start up, if the data is in bad shape due to a false stored format. It will be corrected by TCE.
No re-import of old TCE MK.I databases required.

Update (0.9.9.3) released:
Thanks!

The main issue I still see (0.9.9.2) is when going to a planet with two planetary outposts on it. I can't make TCE see they are different, even when I add a different planet id for each outpost (even though they're on the same planet...I just want TCE to see they are two different places).

I can't start this version, I get the error shown below. I had to quite TCE task, tried two more times and continue to get this error.

ERROR_IN_START_SEQUENCE.png

USUAL FILES.

Tried again with 0.9.9.2 version and get a similar error.

ERROR_WITH_STAR_SEQUENCE_2.png

See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Looks like I have a DB issue. :( Same issue in 0.9.9.1, I hope it's recoverable?

Looks like I have a DB issue. :(

Yes, did you saved anything to your personal record? It is empty, beside the name.

Yes, did you saved anything to your personal record? It is empty, beside the name.

Prior to the UPDATE, I RESET my CREDITS and UPDATED. Looked at personal log, noticed Current credits was blank, so I edited it, then when I saved I got an error. I didn't save the error, as I thought, I'll see if that happens in the new version.

Looks like that issue corrupted my PERSONAL log then?

Just looking at it now, it's all NULL apart from my CMDR Name as you mentioned.

I suppose I can just edit it from a backup?

Cheers I've fixed it. :De

I've also tried doing the same in 0.9.9.3, clearing credits and then updating credits in PERSONAL panel, not seeing a problem now.

Thanks Eventure. I have just made a donation in support of your work.

I do have one question.
Is there any way to stop the mouse pointer from working on both Elite and TCE at the same time?
It's rather annoying especially on the galaxy map when entering station details.

Ok Eventure... HARD request for next update...
It's getting... challenging.. I am assuming the answe to A) is no before you even read it:

A) IF a System is not in the EDMC or the local database can the data be entered for the user's API feed to their web page using Galactic Map quickly.
B) If a player get's to a listed system local or EDMC a button should turn red indicating data is needed
C) IF a user lands on a unlisted station in a system, can a (optional) popup inform the user that this station isn't listed and do they want to enter it now? OR a lighted indicator in RED should go on indicating data is needed (same indicator as B but maybe display a icon for each needed.. )

I know this one!!! Because it's a different program, and the program with 'focus' get the functions.

Thank you for your support.
Can you describe me, what the problem is in detail?

Request simple: Can the systems listed for distance triangulation please be copyable so I can just paste them into the Galactic Map?

BUG REPORT: Modifying a existing system on save getting several
Error in Star System Save Routine

Error: (13) Input string was not in correct format.

When on the galaxy map and entering the station data into TCE. After I start entering the data for the station in TCE, I then move the mouse pointer over something in the galaxy map, the galaxy map will change to whatever I moved the mouse pointer over. I then have to click on the station on the galaxy map that I was entering the data for to get it's details showing again.
Hope this makes sense.

a) EDMC didn't feed any star system data. It only collects data of your local station and your commander. An unknown star system has to be triangulated, so TCE can store and work with it. There is not external input possible.
b) You can use EDMC only at registered stations.
c) TCE can't differ if you flying around or you have landed at a station. Nor TCE can't differ, if you are at an unregistered station or simply dropped out of supercruise in nowhere. Any automatic requests are inappropriate.

In short: No, sorry.

Can't remember seeing this reported - I just landed at a Miining Outpost, which is not listed in the station types.

It is an industrial outpost (mining = industrial).
