When creating an exploration, it sometimes throws an Object variable or With block variable not set when you use the neutron highway finder.
Also, when I've set some manual waypoints, then use the neutron finder, it is overriding my waypoints and just plotting from the start to end points. In order to make this useful for long trips with several specific stops along the way, like when using Spansh's Road2Riches, it is neccesary to plot neutron jumps between the manually set waypoints. I feel it's safe to assume that if someone has set any manual waypoints along a route, then those are specific destinations for them, and the neutron plotter should act accordingly.

1. Some, or a few, or maybe just certain ones, are not keeping the selection to not show the planetary bodies in the classic summary panel. I have noticed for sure that hip 22229 is like that. It has bodies called "Sudarsky class III gas giant", which I don't recall seeing much of, so maybe that is causing an issue? There may be other systems/peculiarities, but I know this one has an issue.
2. The choices in the nav panel filters are sticky, with the exception of at least "only in jump range" and the 1x, 2x.. toggle. It may be the only one as it depends on where you are? "Has registered markets" is working for sure though.

Hi there,

to 1: The Summary filters are not persistant actually, so you have to reactivate it after every start of TCE. But the next update will make them persistant.
to 2: Found the issue. It will be fixed with the next update.

The issue happens sometimes (please add a spoiler around an error message, so the thread is better readable), if the api wasn't ready to provide the waypoint data. I will increase the delay between sending and receiving data to give the api more time to provide the data.

Intermediate waypoints are actually not supported, but will try to add this with the next update. Thanks for reporting.

I've found an issue with the Journal recording a Stars Class prior to a Jump incorrectly and I've reported it here.

So as TCE uses the jump entry in the Journal to set the systems Star Class in this instance TCE recorded it as a B Class Star, which is the information in the log. Just thought I'd let you and others know as it's not a TCE issue really.

That's interesting. The exploration builder REALLY doesn't like me to use Aucoks KC-B d1-57 as a starting, ending, or waypoint. Gives me an instantiation error.

Other Aucoks I've tried are ok, so we know it's not completely phobic.

Thanks for the report! The systems didn't have a set of coordinates at EDSM so TCE can't handle it (thought that couldn't happen :rolleyes:).
Will fix the errors with the next update.

Maybe set some traps... ;)

I really hate that With block error, though. Kinda stops the show, and if I've put in a long string of waypoints, I have to start over from scratch. Very annoying.
Also, could you make it so we can use the neutron router with imported plans?

Save the route frequently if you're creating a route with lots of waypoints.

The pad size is bound to the station type, so change it at the Database panel for the market.

What station type did TCE show it as? As it should have been an Outpost, and all outposts have M size pads. Did it show the station type as an Outpost or something else? Perhaps a Planetary Outpost?

CORIOLIS STARPORT B. I changed it to outpost and TCE no longer finds it when determining the best destination for a trade when landing pad size is set to L. Thank for the assistance all. As I saw no way to change just the pad size. I had no idea it was tied to the starport type.

I had an one active when I closed ED/TCE. Then, when I started back up to continue the exploration, though the exploration was still active, the Auto Destination part of the main panel didn't pick that up and just showed No Destination the rest of the way through.
Also, I play on two different computers, so I tried to export the exploration to the other computer. It threw when I tried to import it. I don't have the details for that one, though I maybe could send the exported file to your email, and probably get the error again tonight and copy it. I remember it was an index out of range, though.
I just tried to import the same file in to the one that created it and it brought it in fine... Are those files specific to each installation?
Finally, I don't know if this is by design, but I'm having to activate the Carto panel, then Hide it (specifically hitting that button), before it'll update the clipboard with my next destination. I believe it would go much smoother if it automatically updated the clipboard once entering a target system in auto-exploration.

When using two computers, please copy all database files (at DB and CMDR folder) into the destination folder, not only the Exploration database. The TCE_Exploration.db file is connected to the TCE_Stars.db and TCE_Cartography.db file/database.
The Cargo panel has nothing to do with the clipboard. The star system name is copied into the clipboard as soon as the destination location appears at the Destination display, but will check the auto-exploration specific case.
