Can't get it to run

It is installed, I even reinstalled it just incase

Just wondering how long it's supposed to be 'decompressing data dumps'. I've been on decompressing for almost an hour now.
By far too long. It take usually less than a minute (about 15 GB to decompress).
Do you have enough free space on your drive?
Which drive letter you have chosen for the TCE installation? If you are using the Windows drive, please install TCE to a different drive.
Otherwise, please add an exception in your AV app for the complete TCE folder. Sometimes AV's strict settings making problems.

So i have startet TCE.
But every time i Started TCE i must confirm where the Game files are.
Then i can start TCE.
But the TCE Relay is so slow.
I have done now 2 times. And i get no newer stations or so.
Can anyone help me?.

All depends on your system performance and the settings you have chosen for TCE Relay.
Click the button TRAY-SETUP in the Extension tab of the Launcher to get the setup window for TCE Relay.
There you can select some option to reduce the time of processing.
1. You can have TCE Relay start with Windows. TCE will then run all necessary processes in the background for you while you perform other tasks. You'll be notified once the process is complete if you enable the notification option below. When TCE Relay is finished, you will need to restart TCE Relay from the launcher's Extensions tab, but this will only update TCE's databases.
2. Limit extraction of data dumps to information sphere. This option decreases vastly the required time to extract the data.
3. Number of CPU cores: Select the highest number for your CPU. No core is ever fully utilized, but the parallel processes further reduce the required time.

Setting an exception worked. BitDefender doing what it usually does; overextending.
