That would depend on their relative starting influence and the population.

If A was on 40 and B on 30

in a 10K system A would gain 0.1 and B 5.5

In a 10 million A would be too low to measure and B 3.3 gain

and in that same 10 million system, if A was on 2% to start it would gain 4.3%

I did not mean tick influence change.

I understand and really appraise your wine bottle analogy, -thanks for that post also-.

You discovered that the stacking of mission inf plus points gets nerfed the more you get in a exponential ratio.

My question is that if that stacking nerf applies only to the faction you are earning the plus points to or all the factions of the system.

Also I would recommend to add to the table in the first post...
The case for winning installation/megaship raid scenarios (which are granted to the system controlling faction not the installation owner atm. https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/2116 ).
The case for losing installation/megaship raid scenarios (which are granted to the system controlling faction not the installation owner atm. https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/2116).
Ship stranded in need of fuel scenario.
Ship stranded in need of repair scenario.

Since it is also supposed to move influence.

I confirmed your installation bug but I believe that influence is being attributed correctly when scenarios are run; I suspect this is a display issue...but I'd need to test it more. Unfortunately they don't always trigger consistently. However, they are generating bounties for the correct faction.

The installation raid is only triggered when the owner faction is boom state in this corner of the bubble.

The display states the system controlling faction and also when the scenario is either won or lost, it is also display that the system controlling faction receives the benefit/loss aswell the raiding faction.

Interesting. We've seen them trigger on days with no state, just not consistently. One installation appears to have taken the day off. It was an employment agency, so perhaps no work was available!

I can confirm that the installation defense scenario can happen even in the absence of the boom state.
