Travel to HIP 36601

So decided to travel to System HIP 36601, took me 2.5-3h to get there. landed on planet to take materials i need. As soon as i turned around to shoot some minerals sticking up from the ground, got stuck on one of them. Solution? Suicide! Quit the game didnt work, got spawned in in exact same spot, stucked, same with open lobby, private, or solo. Decided to dock on nearby Carrier to buy another SRV, after purchase i get Server error-press Ok to return to carrier overview, but my money is still gone, 3-4 tries-all same result. (Yesterday when i landed on another carrier and replenished ammo, game decide to kick me out for doing that-was straight game crash to the desktop)
Not to mention some minerals were straight falling trough the floor, like dissapearing into planets core. (seen that on another planet where u destroy crates and half the materials straight down trough the floor-dissapearing)
after that kills my motivation to play anymore, nor today nor in near future. feels even worse when u buy pc hardware and equipment worth several thousands to enjoy this game and then this kind happens.
like its not 2020, we dont have the tech nor human resources to make working services or features!

1. Make sure you have fastest route selected on the galaxy map - sounds like you had economical from that time of travel.

2. Should you ever get stuck in your buggy you can exit the game, restart in base game Elite Dangerous - you will find yourself in orbit and your SRV will be in the hangar.

Maybe give the game another chance, avoid the crash site with the dodgy ground level - it has always been a pain and the carrier server issues are reported and hopefully will get sorted soon.

For the disappearing mats, either file a bug report or at least mention it in the patch thread, since this specific bug is on the list of fixed issues.
For what it's worth, I've been collecting mats at HIP 36601 and now Outotz for the last three days. Not a single of the >200 crystals I collected so far fell through the floor - instead, a few got stuck on the top of the shards I just shot them off from. Not sure that's better

I did restart game, spawned me on surface of the planet, with stucked srv on crystals emerging form the ground.
Left to main lobby, didnt help no matter what i select to join, public, solo or public.
also i had fastest selected route, could only do 45-50ly jumps at a time.

report what? its been mentioned forever, they didnt fix it, always patch to fix one thing, causes issues with something else. thats not really a way to fix it. half of the runs ive been trough its something buggy happened.

Also nice thing just happened; went mining, for about 3h..to give my Squad Cmdr so he can sell, kind of investment from my part towards fleet carrier, since he alone cannot buy it.
i drop materials, some weirdo cobra appears starts stealing them, when i scan it and start to open fire to defend my cargo, i got bounty while 20-21 km away from my home base.
kidn kind of dumb mechanic is this? i go back to my home base to repair and change ship so i can defend the rest of the cargo! so not only 70% of my cargo got stolen by some cops whileinfront of my home base, which was about 200-250mil worth,3-4h work down the drain, i also gotta pay to rebuy my own ship bcuz of all this stupid fokin retardedf moronic design??
did devs went to the pub, got drunk and said; "hell yeah, lets make all in dumbest decisions which doesnt make sense, while leaving game broken left right n center"

Yeah as I said restart the game in the base game of Elite Dangerous - not Horizons, that way you start in orbit, not on the surface, and you will find that your SRV is in the hangar.

Dropping cannisters for others to scoop up (we call it teabagging - don't google that - from an event some time ago bringing a certain tea to help cure a plague) - NPCs in the area will pinch floating cannisters - you did abandon them after all - the game isn't smart enough to know you were gifting them.
