Hello, i was thinking about tree animals a little.
By "tree animals" i mean animals like koalas,sloths and primates.
For now we have climbing mechancis, and animals literally need "climbing space" to be happy.
But what about animals, that don't really come down from trees? i'm talking here mostly about mentioned koalas and sloths, they literally live on trees most of their life.
So wouldn't we need new kind of food station for them? like bunch of leaves/eucaliptus that we could mount to already in-game climbing logs?
I think seeing Koalas and Sloths freely roaming on land most of their time like they did in Zoo Tycoon 2 would be ridiculous.
So, Frontier could just remake their behavior,that they would just spend most of their time on climbing and sleeping. And they could even make those animals need more climbing space, than actual

I think if there was a special enrichment item for them - a tree that would be used for sleeping, enriching and feeding could work too. Keepers would simply fill this tree with branches as they would any other food station. That way, the animals would mostly stay on this tree.

I really want flight and advanced climbing in this game. I hope one day we will get true arboreal animals like sloths, as well as flying birds and bats. I believe this is the most lacking aspect of the game right now, along with submerged swimming.

Well the koala is now confirmed for the Australia Pack, so that will be a good indication of how Frontier will handle these sorts of animals. Given that they've now done the koala, other arboreal animals might be more viable, such as the sloth.
