Trying to fix my messed up defaults--help?

Try clearing out

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Player

That... does not exist on my machine. My users/username folder doesn't have an AppData folder in it. So I guess that isn't it. =x Ok... back to the support ticket. Thanks for trying.

It *should* but the folder may be set to hidden by default. Just in case you're not aware:

I'd be VERY surprised for it not to exist on your computer.

Don't try to browse to the directory with Explorer, just type the path into the location bar and you will go there whether it's hidden or not.

it would probably pay to backup your custom.binds file first... that is your game controller setup (joystick mouse etc)

as ComradeFresco said, by default the APP DATA folder is hidden, so once you 'un-hide' it you should find the file you are after.
