tutorial video: lowering barriers to water level

To fill terrain/or barriers with water you need a certain amount of head room.
It's also worth to mention, that the water-levels itself are fixed to the world map...so there are certain steps and you can't have a water level between those
So, as result your barrier is up to 1 meter higher than your water level, but it's possible to lower the barrier.
As in some cases you run into problems and after some questions in this thread, I decided to upload a tutorial video.

First, you also should check your settings and remove any building restrictions:

The wall-parts that refuse to be lowered are those that are on a right angle according to the world map.
So the goal is to play around with this parts, by getting a different angle or making a curved part.

The main purpose for this method is to build fountains or rivers and hide your barriers.
You could use it for habitats as well, but to avoid that your animals escape, use something to block them.

In this scene the barriers is lowered to the water level and a log placed right onto it.

And thankfully my mature gharials can't escape, due the ridiculous large hitboxes.

I have to admit, that this scene is not necessarily useful in real world terms ;-)

Of course everything is a matter of changes with the one or other future update....

Yet to get right lol, but hopefully the 1M water levels will get Adjusted in a Patch update. Should be able to be adjustable to any height
