My Steam account is linked and also logged in at every Frontier sub-site Issue Tracker Workshop .com you can imagine. And I am sorry to Nutronic for misunderstanding. Maybe it's something to do with your "Not Planet Coaster 2" but we'll end there 😂

Have you linked your Steam account (click on manage your connections) in addition to linking your Frontier account? It's the only thing I can think off.
They have to appear on that website to activate in the game. They're not on that website though.

I have creates a ticket along with screenshots but still waiting for a reply from support.

Frontier staff are on a holiday break, likely not back to work until next week...
Then they should employ people of other religions so that they can provide support.

The drops campaign ends on January 9th at twitch.

Whats the issue?
Why can a customer nor get support over Christmas?

There's people working 24/7 these days and the support site doesn't state its closed.
Frontier staff is indeed on their holiday break and will be back next week.

For this issue, you need to contact Frontier Support by creating a support ticket. They do not provide support on the forums.

Complaining here over a missing pair of fireworks-print pants for your avatar is not an issue requiring immediate attention. Even if they had someone to handle serious issues over the holidays, your problem would rank near the bottom. That's not knocking your problem, that's just being realistic. I'm sure they'll get to it when they get to it.

Well this is just a user forum, support site is an entirely different beast.

Quite frankly, if you have linked your forum account to your Twitch account and the twitch rewards page shows the items as "claimed" then, no matter what the Frontier site says (and it is often unreliable), your cosmetic should appear in game. If it doesn't then a support ticket will sort it eventually, there is no need to fret about the end of the Twitch campaign as long as your Twitch page shows the item as claimed then support will sort you out in time.

Frontier support are really superb (even with the new system) so continual moaning about the same thing on this forum isn't going to achieve anything.

I’m closing this thread as the user has said that they created a support ticket. It is now a case for Frontier Support to resolve.

Frontier Support will get back on your ticket once they resume work after their holiday break.
