That's a very interesting question! I don't know myself, but I'm going to tag in @Tom_Jurassic and see if maybe he knows?
I don't use twitch but I watch a good sum of youtube channels. Here they are, I often like their work on dinosaur related stuff.

Currently my favorite, they post very frequently.

I love this channel, very detailed on dinosaur anatomy, behavior, and information and differ it to what we observe in pop-culture.

This is more on Godzilla, but they do post some dinosaur related videos.

This is a very passionate youtube channel, he put a lot of thought in his videos.
Mario Lanzas
Really great Paleoartist, also does artwork on dinosaurs in JWE.
I hope you enjoy these youtube channels. Sorry they are not twitch channels as I do not use twitch much, but I do hope they suffice
