Two Elite CMDRs should not behave like that: they bring shame on the Pilots Federation.

Two Elite CMDRs, 20 minutes ago, in their shiny FDL and Python, camping outside Solo Orbiter in Altair, KoS everyone, ramming noobs. I've attacked them, alone, in my Clipper, taking them by surprise: 2 vs 1 they where, I took the FDL to 10% Hull, while the other one was shooting at me all the time. The FDL Combat logged happily. Coward. 3 times I tried, one Clipper I've lost, not by them but because the Station opened fire on me (funny!).
I would like to name and shame only the one who combat logged, because the other one was just "griefing" using game mechanics, but it is not permitted in this forum I suppose.
Shame on you CMDR: killing others just for fun but not accepting your fate. I've reported you, for what it counts.

Fly not so safe, CMDRs.

Just two more reasons to play in group, not open. Good for you for trying to make the point though. Have some rep for the effort.

Hah, yeah, I saw them. Wondered what they were up to.
I was smuggling tobacco into Solo. Got in while they were docked then watched as they mucked about outside. Stayed put until it looked safe to move - pegged it as the Ferdylong was docking to repair some significant looking damage.

What you are describing is really despicable bevaviour, that is stimulated by the lack of noteworthy ingame punishment/consequences.

No wonder so many people prefer sticking to solo or private groups.

Rep to you for trying to set things right blasting the basement dwellers.

Good for you for sticking up for the new guys and girls. Without them we wouldn't have manymore updates etc.

Rep +1

well... if with those ships they didn't managed to blow your clipper to smithereens... that tells you the "Elite" sticker they had must be fake

I can't wait until I got my anaconda :)

Well, tis a blessing and a curse.

Yes, you're less likely to get attacked (or well, one would think so) ; but when you are being attacked, the rebuy cost of that one ain't really light (my beefy trade Conda has a 22M insurance atm...)

It would be nice if the system authority ships actually did something. Like GTA where the response from the authority keeps increasing until you die (basically)
eg.
Send in an Eagle, if that gets destroyed, send a dropship or two. Still nothing, send in the anacondas... and dropships... and eagles!

Really needs policed areas to work far better and for the response from the "authorities" to be swift and decisive...

Is it more shameful that they were killing indiscrimately, or that they ran from a Clipper in an FDL and a Python? If you PM me their names, I can try to get them on a KoS list.

Posted the same comment on Reddit, and a CMDR replied that he knows very well the Combat logger: he reported him a dozen of times... PM for you.

2 things are needed along with better security vessels.
1) Lasting outlaw status for a few weeks after a certain number of pks.
2) No insurance for people with outlawed status.

Ooh, you mean like real, meaningful consequences? It was promised but so far all that's been delivered is pandering and weak responses. I'm hopeful 1.3 will improve this... not VERY hopeful mind you, just a little.

If you were smuggling tobacco in Solo how would you see them exactly?
