Two first Discovered by Names

It has two commander names first discovered by entries one for me and one for my Team Mate Zara Scarpe. Post any others you find like this.

This happens when you explore in a wing and both commanders are present in the system when the body is discovered. It's not common because exploring in a wing can be tedious but it's not particularly noteworthy. You can have up to 4 names at once too (maximum wing size)
