I have a predicament, the first ever franchise zoo I created seems to have crashed after over 100 hrs of gameplay and i'm not able to play it anymore so I created a new one and tried to recreate it, again after about 50 hours the zoo is started to have the same problem now. The same thing happens out of nowhere, i'll start the game then it starts with the pause menu open, at the point I can move the screen but as soon as I click "Resume" or exit out of the pause menu the entire game freezes forcing me to quit the game through task manager.. I've tried everything including reinstalling the game and restarting my Razer laptop but nothing changes.. any advice on how I can salvage my zoos? the first one I came to terms with but the second one was lowkey heartbreaking because it was perfect, feels like I wasted a lot of hours.
